A few months ago we posted a photo of SJ's post-Ironman trip to Intricate Bay Lodge in Alaska. The trip was meant to be for fly fishing, but an adventurous group of friends turned it into much, much more. The lodge's website recently posted a recap of the trip here, including some amazing photos (like the ones above).
Although SJ had "retired" from triathlon by the time of the trip, curiously, swimming was one of the featured activities at the lodge. And in true Athlete Food fashion, eating was also a highlight. We're looking forward to getting our hands on some of the chef's recipes, like the one for this "Silver" salmon in the photo above.
