Training Camp: A Day in the Life

We're back!! And we survived 17 days of rigorous training with the QT2 Systems triathlon team. Nothing about the camp was easy. From the moment we arrived in Clermont, Florida, we entered a never ending loop of working out, eating and recovering, with little time for anything else. At times I felt completely mentally broken at the end of one workout, only to be lifted back up after the next one.  Being surrounded by 25 other dedicated and focused athletes made it easy to stay motivated.  We couldn't have asked for a better training group and environment.
