Lettuce-free Plate Salad

Lettuce-free Plate Salad

Sometimes I can't be bothered with washing lettuce. But I've realized that's totally ok because you can have a really satisfying salad if you have plenty of other vegetables.

You could just throw a bunch of veggies on a dinner plate, add a drizzle of your favorite dressing, and call it done.

OR, you could style the veggies in an Intragram-ready arrangement (hi, I did that!).

Hint: you may get more likes if you use a vegetable peeler to make carrot ribbons and a mandolin to thinly slice your radishes.
