Since I didn't make the trip to Knoxville for the Rev3 Race (still waiting on the broken toe), I went to watch the Bridge 2 Bridge 5 mile trail race at the Mohonk Preserve. Chis Pannone from NYAC won the race in just over 26 minutes. David Martinelli (in blue) was 4th in 30:40 and SJ (in the Rudy Project glasses) was 5th in 32:05.
This year's St. Anthony's Triathlon was just a swim & bike workout for me due to my broken toe. Since I was making the trip to Florida either way, to attend my aunt & uncle's 50th wedding anniversary party, I decided to test my fitness (and my foot) in St. Pete.
