With the number of days dwindling until the arrival of the little one, my sisters insisted that we had to do something, anything together before the baby takes over. With my younger expecting her third baby in January also, it was looking like it could be months before we’d all be able to be at the same place at the same time.

1 Nike Lunar Glide +4 These were the shoe of choice for Bec's husband for his Ironman marathon.  He opted for comfort and stability over a racing flat - and if you saw the stairs and hills on the Ironman NYC course you'd understand why. Not only are they functional, but they look great and come in plenty of colors.

Happy Birthday to SJ who officially moves into a new triathlon Age Group today. Those of you in the 40-44 category no longer have to worry about him showing up at a race and stealing a podium spot. Actually, you probably wouldn't have to worry anyway because he still claims to be "retired" from triathlon after his one Ironman. I'm still not conviced on that front and his endurance sports career is far from over - he just signed up for the Gunks Rock the Ridge 50 mile running race (next May).

After a ton of photo requests, I finally decided to post a picture. This was taken last week, at the 7 month mark. Not too much longer now and we're all so excited for the new arrival!
