Two Merry and Bright Breakfasts

Why not start off Christmas morning by eating like an Athlete? Here are two of our favorite festive breakfasts:

Laurel came up with the Maple Drizzled Grapefruit after our recent visit to Madava Maple Farms and it's been her go-to after swim practice treat ever since. 

My contribution is Christmas colored topped oats. Tart, bright red pomegranate seeds and green pumpkin seeds brighten up the standard bowl of oatmeal. Even your relatives who don't consider oatmeal a food group will approve! At least mine did. --Bec
