Sparkling Tart Cherry and Lime Soda

My favorite post-workout refresher this sweltering summer is a sparkling tart cherry and lime soda. I thought up the combination after my doctor recommended drinking tart cherry juice after workouts to combat inflammation). I stock up on tart cherry juice concentrate from Amazon because it can be hard to find in regular grocery stores. Cold seltzer and lime juice transform the syrupy concentrate into a thirst quenchin,  ey-catching drink.

Here's how to mix it:

Pour 2 tablespoons tart cherry juice concentrate into a glass. Squeeze in the juice of half of a lime. Stir. Add a few ice cubes and 16 ounces of seltzer.
