Fitness: Three Races in Seven Days?? Why Not!

Today we're checking in with our younger sister, Sarah. She's a {super} mom to three little ones and a recreational, but competitive runner. Last week, between throwing a Pinterest perfect birthday party for her 4 year old, going to two different Thanksgivings, and working, she managed to run three races over a seven day period.
