100 Days of Athlete Food aka #100daysofathletefood Challenge!

I love eating healthy foods but I have to admit I was slacking.  I wasn't eating french fries and burgers (every night) but I was inserting a Chipotle meal way too many times in a week.  Don't get me wrong, Chipotle certainly deserves a place in every athlete's meal rotation, just not to the level I was taking it!  So, I decided I needed a challenge - I LOVE a challenge!  For 100 days I will cook or prepare healthy foods at least once per day and photograph it.  I'll save money, eat better, AND get to practice my food photography skills.  I have been at it for a little over 2 weeks and have already seen the results.  Follow along on Instagram at @athletestyle and #100daysofathletefood .
