Eye of the Holiday Storm Pretox Meals

Doesn't it feel like we are sitting in the eye of the holiday hurricane right now? With Thanksgiving feasting and travel done, there's actually some breathing room between now and when Hanukkah, holiday parties, Christmas shopping, reindeer, and snowmen take over.

 The surprise cookie deliveries, cocktails, chocolate-covered everything - they're all headed this way.  So we're taking this week to pretox by keeping our snacks healthy and our meals light. That way we can dig into those treat when they make landfall.
