Stealthy Healthy Breakfast: Smoothie Bowl


Eating a healthy breakfast shouldn't be as skate skiing up a mountain while towing a 25 pound two year old.


It should be as easy as a neighbor taking a bulldozer to the snow on your driveway. 

Just how does that work?

With a smoothie bowl. AKA, a supercharged bowl of cereal. Boring,old milk is replaced with a naturally sweet and creamy base that's hiding a hefty helping of greens. On top is a big handful of your favorite cereal, nuts, seeds and fresh or dried fruit.
