Athlete Food at TriMania DC

We had a blast at yesterday's TriMania expo at American University. The day started with a fun (and super hard) swim relay, followed by a Q&A with the one and only Mike Reilly, and finished with a seminar on all things Athlete Food.  

At the seminar, we introduced our latest recipe, the Race 2 Rebuild Recovery Smoothie Bowl (see above). We'll post the recipe shortly.
