Laurel is still treating herself to Ironman recovery splurges while Melissa and I continue to reward ourselves with getting-through-the-day treats.

So we decided now would be a good time to share some of our sugar-fix strategies. They're not all healthy, but that's ok. Let's face it, sometimes you do the extra rep to can that piece of pie As athletes, we often reward ourselves for getting through a tough workout. We don't do it all the time, but we believe in the well-earned treat.
