Thanks to Italian daily newspaper Corriere Della Sera for including our Citrus Noodle Bowl in this round-up of power meals. We're excited to see Athlete Food reaching an international audience!


Our Italian is limited, but google helped us translate the story as follows:

"All you need for this power bowl are noodles (choose them maybe buckwheat), 8-10 flowers of broccoli and shrimp 3-4 of average size. Started condendo broccoli with olive oil, garlic and a chili splash then put them in the oven. It's been five minutes, add the shrimp on the baking sheet that you have previously shelled, cleaned and washed down with some lemon juice and cook for another ten minutes. finally assembled the bowl with the noodles, shrimp, broccoli, cauliflower and a few leaves of a lime wedge. In this recipe proposed by (a blog of twins professional triathletes) you found the proteins of noodles and crustaceans, mineral salts and vitamins of broccoli which are also anti-oxidants."
