The recipe is based on our original granola recipe, but we've added a savory kick and toasted coconut flakes.

For those who have been following us, you know that I had a fractured toe that set back the first half of the year. This was a great disappointment, but is part of being a professional athlete and pushing your body for performance.
Now the second half of the season is over too, but for much better news...I'm is expecting a baby in January 2013!

My favorite post-workout refresher this sweltering summer is a sparkling tart cherry and lime soda. I thought up the combination after my doctor recommended drinking tart cherry juice after workouts to combat inflammation).
