purely elizabeth granola

While shopping for my race and the drive to Muskoka last summer, Bec and I sampled Purely Elizabeth granola in Whole Foods.  We both loved it.  Made with ancient grains, chia, and especially important for Bec, gluten-free; we both bought a bag and it fueled us through our 12 hour drive.  If you live near a WF, seek it out! 

The Purely Elizabeth website has a great blog and regularly features fans and consumers of their products.  I was thrilled to do this interview for the blog, especially because I have always wanted to be the subject of a "what's in your bag?" article!  Hope you enjoy it.  Here's a link to the full interview:
