Sweet Chili Vinaigrette

Sweet Chili Vinaigrette

1 small shallot, minced

2 teaspoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

juice from 1/2 a lime

2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

¼ teaspoon sriracha (or more for a spicier dressing) 

Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl or jar. Whisk again before using.
