#meatlessmonday Grains & Greens bowl. Kale, roasted sweet potatoes & red onions, rice, lentils, Greek yogurt vinaigrette with tarragon, and our very own, homegrown hot pepper. Cold dinner for a hot night.
How to dessert. Today Amy wanted to bake so we made a strawberry upside down cake and piled on all the fresh berries, whipped cream, and mint. We used a cupcake recipe Amy found @delish, used half of the batter to make cupcakes and the rest for this.

New month, new adventure. The post-Israman break is over and it's time to get back in shape for the 2017 triathlon season. So it's off to Malaga, Spain with my friends John and Christine Hirsh and a crew of other NYC-based athletes.
