Athlete Food Winter RUNderland Brunch    

How do you ring in the holiday cheer if you are a triathlete? Invite all of your friends over for a workout, of course. This time of year on the East Coast, a run is the easiest group workout to pull off. So tell your triathlete friends to dress for rain or shine, snow or sleet. If that if the weather is awful, your gift to them is the opportunity to be tough one last time in 2017! Also, you might want to mention  a post-run brunch spread for all the brave runners.
