Fitness: Motivating Tips for Getting Back In Shape

Getting back in shape after the off-season never gets any easier. Could I really have gotten this unfit this fast? And why does it have to be pouring ran in LA the week I decide to dust my bike off and hit the mountains? I know, enough with the poor me attitude. It's time to get resourceful and bring out the motivational magic tricks.

The first thing I'm doing is signing up for a race. A competitive one that will force me to focus on pushing through those painful post-holiday runs. If my motivation falters, I'll start making my way through this list of tricks from fellow elite athletes from the new everup.com site.
