Bike KITchen - Marinated Feta

In our attempt to “eat dinner at home” (hello New Year’s Resolution!), we’ve been searching for condiments and sauces to level up our ordinary weeknight dinners. We’re so happy we stumbled upon the idea of marinated feta in the instagram feed of one of our favorite Aussie Cafes. We’ve been adding it to pastas, salads, egg dishes, and have even been snacking on it between workouts. Eating at home never tasted so good!


Marinated Feta

feta cheese (about 1 8 oz. block, cut into 1” cubes)

1 rosemary sprig

3 thyme sprigs

3 slices of blood orange (or citrus fruit of your choice)

red pepper flakes (optional)

1-2 cups of olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and allow to marinate overnight. We store this in the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before using (since the olive oil solidifies).
